Front board and backstrip lacking. Upper corner of the rear board chipped away. Heavy soiling to the rear board. Heavy chipping to the upper rear joint. Board edges skinned. Page edges and pages age toned. Rear board and last few pages nearly detached. Heavy chipping and erosion to the top-edge and bottom corner of the title page. Slight dampstaining to the entire gutter and bottom right of the title page-page 6. Spine nearly broken at page 96-97. Creasing to the bottom corner of pages 9-22 and last two pages. Horizontal tear across bottom 1/3 of page 87. Bottom corner of pages 135, 143, 157 and 165 chipped away. Creasing to the upper corner of pages 41-46. Typical period foxing throughout.
