Lugar by Lugar's Special Assistant Michael "MAC" A. Carrol on a United States Senate Memorandum paper dated 7-5-79 and laid in. Good book. Lightly shelfworn with a creased spine and a small 1/4" tear to the upper joint of the front panel. Each cover is lightly sunned with some offsetting. The inscribed memorandum was previously stapled to the front cover; the staple remains. The interior is VG with the exception of a small tear and fold to pages 61 and 63 along the fore-edge.
