NY: G P Putnam's 1940. Possible 1st edition (NAP) or early printing (one dealer mentions 1.75 price on jacket, ours has 2.00 on jacket flap). Hardcover 8vo unpaginated. Color and b/w illustrations. Very good in a fair dust jacket. Covers have slight wear to corners and spine ends. Contents clean and binding sound. Jacket very edgeworn, chipped and torn with a 1 1/2 inch by 2 inch triangular piece missing at bottom front corner. (Fire Engines, Juvenile Fiction) Inquire if you need further information.
