WITH SIGNED BOOKPLATE! Chicago NY San Fran: Rand McNally. Copyrt date 1947, this one states 'Edition of 1955'. Hardcover 8vo 174 pgs. Color plate, b/w illustrations and map. Signed by Henry on a horseshoe bookplate which was affixed to reverse side of half title pg, but was torn off with some loss to page as a result. Good in a fair dust jacket. Blue cloth with yellow. Light bumping and wear to corners and spine ends. Pencil owner inscription on front endpaper. Short red crayon line on half title pg. Contents clean and binding sound. Jacket is edgeworn, torn, chipped and has red and black scribble to front panel. Laid in are 2 articles: 2010 Parade Mag pg 'Where the Wild Ponies Swim' and a photocopy of 'Herd the One About...?'
