Burgundy cloth with gilt spine lettering, No. 6 and 7 white wrappers with black lettering and No. 8, 9 and 10 yellow wrappers with black lettering. Moderate edgewear. Bumped corners. Spine faded and rubbed. Heavy chipping to the crown, foot and corners. Light soiling to the boards. 1/2 inched vertical scratch to the bottom-edge of the rear board. Page edges toned. Heavy chipping to the fore-edge of the front free endpaper, with upper corner chipped away and chipping to the front wrapper of No. 6. Erased penciled seller's notes to the upper front free endpaper. Light soiling to original wrappers of all issues. Penciled owner's name to the upper corner of No. 6 front wrapper. Heavy vertical creases to the front wrapper of all issues, rear wrapper of No. 6, 8, 9 and 10 and several pages throughout. Medium rubber stamp to the fore-edge of the front wrapper of No. 9.
