In 1971, Kenny Loggins and Jim Messina started a musical partnership that lasted five years, producing numerous gold albums. By combining country rock with hints of Latin, Mexican and R&B, the duo hit upon a strong formula. All nine albums reached high U.S. chart positions and spawned a number of hit singles including Your Mama Don't Dance, Thinking Of You and My Music. Following an amicable split in 1976, Loggins and Messina both embarked on solo careers throughout the 1980s. In early 2005, the two announced they were reuniting for a full-blown U.S. tour. In Sittin' in Again at the Santa Barbara Bowl they perform a 26-song set to a sold-out audience in their hometown. Highlights from the performance include Watching the River Run, Thinking of You and Angry Eyes.
