NY: Macmillan 1933. 1st American. Hardcover 8vo 663 pgs. Reading copy with no dust jacket. Red cloth with black and gilt. Spine slant. Spine ends and corners worn and bumped. Cloth on rear is mottled. Hinge shaken. Hinge started at front and rear with webbing showing and hinge has old tape repairs. Front and rear endpapers and half title pg are detached but present. Front endpaper has 1 inch piece missing at fore edge. Owner's name in ink to front pastedown and it has bled a bit onto front endpaper. Contents clean.
