Harrisburg: John Furgeson, Printer, 1853. Volumes 16 and 17, May 1, 1851 - April 23, 1853, bound in a single volume. Heavy Folio. Brown quarter leather with marbled boards. 600pp. A bible illustrated to each header. Good condition. Spine leather rubbed with lacking spine label with some gilt remnants to it's border. Boards rubbed and edgeworn Chips to the upper corners of the front blanks and some deterioration to the same corners to the last 15 or so pages. The front remains fairly white with foxing progressively darkening towards the rear. Overall a nice, attractive copy. Inquire if you need further information.
