Collectible - Very Good First Edition With Dust Jacket

1931, 1st stated, Collector's Edition, navy blue cloth w/gilt, very slight edgewear, interior is clean and sound, b/w plates, dust jacket is is soiled and has some foxing spots to spine, 4 inch long piece worn off from front panel affecting the end of title and author lettering, light edgewear.
