Cheloniidae Press and Alan James Robinson along with Charles E. Roberts of Wonder Book Editions are proud to announce the first in a series of new Letterpress Broadsides, Alan's first Letterpress Editions in 20 years.
"If There Were No Books..."
These twelve letterpress broadsides, 28 em x 35.5 em, 11" x 14", will be illustrated by Alan James Robinson from relief etchings of original drawings. The broadsides will be printed by Master Printer Art Larson of Horton Tank Graphics, former Apprentice of Harold Patrick McGrath, from polymer plates created by Boxcar Press on Archival Cranes Lettra, 300 gms. The total edition of each broadside will be 130: One hundred sold individually and a thirty held in reserve, lettered A-Z with four Artist Proofs.
