Includes a white dust jacket with an illustration of a Mayapple to the front. vii+710pp. Tables, bibliographies. Near Very Good book and Fair dust jacket. The book is cocked, though clean and otherwise Near Fine. The dust jacket is tanned around the edges with a foxed spine. There are small tears along the top and bottom edges of the dust jacket, with a larger 1.5" tear radiating from the jacket foot at the rear joint. A rare copy.
