No, our 1 MILLION plus Internet books are shelved separately in our warehouse (which is not open to the public). Our retail stores carry over 1 MILLION books arranged in all your favorite categories however the book you find on our website is not necessarily in the store. You can however make a purchase on the website and choose "Pick up in Store" during checkout and you will be notified when it arrives.
We buy books, DVDs, and CDs from the public 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at each retail location. Our book buyers can only make an offer on your books, DVDs, and CDs after seeing them in person. For books, we buy many different subject matters in both hardback and paperback. In most cases we try to buy the entire collection you bring in. Our buyers are trained in what sells in our stores. If our offer is too low, we can give you our opinion on other possible outlets for your books.
Although we almost always make an offer on any collection, for common collections we may offer very little per box.
For very large or valuable collections, we may be able to make house calls. We also purchase large quantities from schools, libraries, institutions (including remnants from charity sales) – regionally and internationally. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

It is best to order directly through our website. We do accept phone, email, and fax orders; however, these orders can take longer to process and may be cancelled if the item is sold via the website in the meantime.

Yes, our website allows you to order any new book in print. We also have 100,000s of NEW and considerably DISCOUNTED bargain books on our website and in our retail stores. Many of these are exclusive to Wonder Book.
Yes, and it's FREE to do so. During the checkout process, simply choose which store you would like to pick up from. The store will call you when the package has been received.

Books by the Foot and Bulk orders are charged exact UPS shipping charges. We ship via UPS hundredweight or via truck/freight. There are no handling fees (unless special needs/circumstances are pre-negotiated). Books by the Foot and Bulk orders may also be picked up at our warehouse by clients or their designated carriers.

Our inventory is listed on several websites. Occasionally we receive multiple orders for the same title(s) before the inventory is automatically updated. Orders are processed in the order that they were received. If we cannot fill the order, you will receive a cancellation notice.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Return shipping will be reimbursed only when Wonder Book is at fault (for example: If we sent you the incorrect item). We do not send pre-paid enveloped or packages – RETURN SHIPPING will be reimbursed upon receiving the package at our warehouse.
